- Early check-in from 6:00 am to 11:00 am: Surcharge 35% of contract room price.
- Late check out:
           •  After 12:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m: a surcharge of 30% of the room rate
           •  From 3:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m: 50% surcharge will be charged
           •  After 6:00 p.m: 100% surcharge of room

Policy addtional charge children:
- Children under 5 years old: free
- Children from 05 - 12 years old: 50% surcharge compared to adults.
- Children 12 years and older: charged as adults.

           •  Alarcate menu: multiple choices with Asian or European menus.
           •  Asian and European Menu Set: From VND 120,000 / person to VND 500,000 / person (Applied for groups of 4 guests or more). This price may change depending on the time and depending on the menu of Party B.
           •  Breakfast buffet: VND 100,000 / person serving from 6:00 am to 9:30 am daily. This price may change from time to time. (Price does not include 10% VAT).
